How does the pricing logic work?

We build a rules-based pricing engine from your existing pricing structure — job type, size, location, material costs, labour rates. The customer fills in a form, the engine calculates the quote, and the system sends it automatically. You can update pricing rules at any time from a simple dashboard.

Can it send a proper branded PDF?

Yes. We design the quote template to match your branding — logo, colours, terms, payment details. The system generates a professional PDF and sends it from your email address automatically.

What happens after the quote is sent?

The system handles follow-ups too. You define the sequence — for example: send quote immediately, follow up after 2 days if no response, send a final nudge after 5 days. All configurable.

What if a job is too complex to auto-quote?

We build exception handling. If a job falls outside the auto-quote criteria, the system flags it for manual review and sends the customer a holding response while you get back to them.

Does it connect to my accounting software?

Yes. Accepted quotes can automatically create draft invoices or jobs in Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage. This is typically included in a Full System Automation build rather than a standalone quoting system — the Workflow Review will clarify what scope makes sense for your situation.
