What exactly is a Paid Workflow Review?

A structured session where we map your current process in detail, identify exactly where time is leaking, and send you a written report with 3–5 specific automation recommendations ranked by ROI. You pay £350. You keep the report whether you build with us or not. If you go ahead with a build, the £350 is credited against the cost.
Why do you charge for the review?

Because a proper process audit takes preparation and expertise. A free call produces surface-level advice and wastes both our time. A paid review means you're serious, we can prepare thoroughly, and you walk away with something genuinely useful — even if you decide not to proceed.
How long does a build take?

Most single-workflow builds take 2–4 weeks from sign-off. Multi-workflow systems take 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in the proposal — and we hit it.
Do I have to replace my existing software?

No. We build around what you already use. Xero, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Shopify, HubSpot — we integrate with it rather than replacing it. Rip-and-replace is a bad strategy for small business.
What happens if something breaks?

On a maintenance plan (from £120/month), we fix it — usually before you notice. Maintenance includes support, updates, and a monthly check-in. Builds outside maintenance carry a 60-day warranty.
Do you work outside the UK?

No. We focus exclusively on UK businesses. UK time zones, UK tools (Xero, Sage, Companies House), UK-specific compliance. It keeps us sharp on what actually matters to our clients.
