Why fixed price instead of hourly?

Hourly billing punishes efficiency. Fixed price means we're incentivised to ship the best system the fastest way — and you know exactly what you're committing to before we start.
What if I want changes mid-build?

Minor iterations within the scoped workflow are included. If you want to add a new workflow or significantly expand scope, we'll quote that as a separate fixed-price extension — transparent, no surprises.
Is maintenance mandatory?

No. Builds include a 60-day warranty. After that, maintenance is optional — but most clients keep it because integrations change (API updates, platform migrations) and someone needs to keep the lights on.
Are prices ex-VAT?
+
Yes — all prices ex-VAT. We're UK VAT-registered. Invoices issued on milestones with 14-day payment terms.
What payment methods?

UK bank transfer (BACS / Faster Payments) or Stripe card for the Workflow Review. Builds are invoiced in two milestones — 50% at kickoff, 50% on handover.
